Through our Mini Me Yoga programme, we encourage the development of positive mindsets and positive relationships, teaching tools for self-regulation that can be adapted and utilised in a variety of situations. By doing this, children are equipped with techniques to help them overcome challenges and engage more in learning, alongside helping to reduce peer conflict and building physical, spatial and emotional awareness.
When training with us, you as the professional/educator are equipped with everything you need to deliver this in your setting straight away. Deliver a whole group stand-alone yoga session, add it into your PE curriculum, use within the daily routine or with individual children, the possibilities are endless.
