Mini Me Yoga Training for Teachers

Introducing Mini Me Yoga

A Mini Me Yoga children’s yoga class is a safe space to explore movement and mindfulness through play. Children learn about their body, mind and emotions to support self-regulation and teaching strategies for taking care of physical and mental health.  It’s also a chance to connect with others, developing positive relationships and mindset to thrive.

Benefits of Mini Me Yoga for your pupils include:

Part of your CPD Training

In our 2-hour CPD accredited foundation training course, we delve deeper into the theory and practical elements, understanding why we use specific techniques and how they provide many benefits to both physical and emotional wellbeing. Learn programmes which you can deliver in a variety of ways; Stand-alone yoga/meditation sessions, as part of PE provision, small group interventions or techniques to use on a 1:1 basis.

With all courses, you will receive your own set of resources so that you can get started straight away! You’ll also receive a CPD certificate.

After something a little more advanced? Get in touch to found out more about our Explorer course, age specific yoga, chair based yoga…and so much more.
